Our History
We established Ultimate Talent Management in 2014 in Los Angeles. In 2017, we expanded with UTM East in the Atlanta, GA area. Our dedicated team, including experts like Maggie Grant, brings over 85 years of experience in the entertainment industry. We specialize in talent and literary management, as well as offering services such as audition coaching, teaching, directing, producing, writing, and acting.
Our Owner/ Manager
Maggie Grant has been in the industry since she was just 4 years old. She began her journey as an actor and model, and since then, she has acted in over 400 plays across the US. Maggie has also directed hundreds of plays, commercials, films, and music videos, and she has owned 6 theatres nationwide. With over 120 awards in filmmaking—spanning directing, producing, writing, and acting—Maggie is a prominent figure in her field. Additionally, she has been a voice-over artist for decades.
Maggie has dedicated herself to being an acting teacher and set coach for many years. She provides audition coaching and is a recognized acting teacher for SAG-AFTRA. Moreover, she offers private lessons to aspiring actors.
This industry is her passion, and her goal has always been to help actors succeed and soar through the ultimate talent management techniques!
Our Team
Bob Ebinger has been acting for decades and has made a significant impact in the industry. He was a regular on Days of Our Lives and has appeared in dozens of plays, commercials, and films. In 2015, he joined the ultimate talent management team, where he excels in audition coaching. Bob has an uncanny eye for talent and casting, making him invaluable to our team. As an avid reader, he understands great writing and what works on screen. Together with Maggie Grant, he is recognized as one of the best in the business, and we are very happy to have him on our team.
