These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Absolutely Indie Network (“AIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) streaming services, including Thrive TV, our linear streaming channels, video-on-demand library, pay-per-view events, websites, and related apps (collectively, the “Service”).

PPV events may include live programming, scheduled events, and replay access when available.
When you purchase PPV access, you receive a limited, revocable license to view the event through the Service for the time and manner described at the time of purchase.

Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, PPV purchases are final and non-refundable.
If an event is canceled or materially disrupted, AIN may, at its discretion, provide a credit, partial refund, replacement access, or replay access where feasible.

All content on the Service is owned by AIN or licensed to AIN and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

AIN grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.
AIN may feature content supplied by independent creators and partners. Creator revenue share is determined by AIN’s creator partnership terms and may be based on net receipts after platform fees, taxes, chargebacks, and third-party processing.
AIN may modify creator terms, participation thresholds, or revenue share structures to support long-term sustainability, provided existing obligations are honored in good faith where applicable.

If you access AIN through third-party platforms (e.g., Roku), your use is also subject to that platform’s terms, billing policies, and privacy practices. AIN is not responsible for third-party platform outages or performance issues.

AIN disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
In all cases, AIN’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 (whichever is greater), unless required otherwise by law.
